What does Sun in the 11th house mean?
The 11th house is traditionally linked with friendships, groups, networks and future-oriented hopes. With the Sun here, astrologers often focus on identity developing through participation in something larger than the individual.
How can this placement express itself?
Community, collaboration and long-range goals may become important sources of vitality. A person may discover personal strengths by contributing to teams, movements or networks.
What should you watch for?
The tension can be conforming to a group identity or chasing belonging at the expense of independent judgment. Groups can support purpose without replacing personal responsibility.
A useful reflection question
Which communities help me become more myself, and which ones reward me for disappearing into the group?
Why birth time matters
House placement depends on the birth time, place and house system. If your birth time is uncertain, your Sun house can change even though your Sun sign stays the same. Compare charts using the same settings and keep uncertainty visible.
